The story of Nour is about a cyborg’s adolescence.
It takes us on a journey through his world Osiris.
Searching for a deeper understanding of who he is and trying to deal with a strange addiction, he goes through similar struggles as humans. At some point, everyone of us questions himself/ herself: Who am I? What is my purpose? These issues can be a hard thing to deal.

Besides the usual questions of meaning, Nour has another existential demand to deal with: is he a machine, an animal or an human?
To my mind cyborgs are mainly human driven.
Especially Nour is a highly sensitive creature with a complex emotional world.

PROGRESS
During the project I created a soundtrack and used this soundtrack as base for my animation. My approach was to create a animated music video without any cut - just with transitions. On the visual level I chose to develop a collage animation in After Effects. Therefore I used different free stock footage like 3d renderings, photographs, drawings and videos for the visualisation. That is the reason why I had a lot of creative freedom to mix up things, make them look surreal/ futuristic/ trippy and could try different movements.
